REQUEST FOR VIDEO SERVICES

Creating meaningful content through video is essential to building reputation and reach. Our goal is to maintain quality and quantity of video production while leveraging our resources in a cost-effective way.

To fulfill your video needs, here are three options:

• In-house staff: Use a staff videographer from within your division, college, university or one of the A&M agencies.
• Outside vendors: A list of approved video vendors is here. Vendors not on the list that meet qualifications (quality, terms) can be considered. Please request three quotes, including scope, timeline for delivery, and fees. Long-term contracts are discouraged. When a vendor is selected, please notify Chad Cockrum, Director of System Videography, at ccockrum@tamus.edu 
• Texas A&M System Video Team: The Texas A&M System produces 90-second Chancellor videos as well as a television show, “Around Texas With Chancellor John Sharp.” Please complete this form if you want your project considered for one of those platforms, or if the first two alternatives are unavailable to you.
