ACTION ITEMS

- Monitor and provide updates bi-weekly (once at each meeting and once 2 weeks in between) in regards to the status of each feedback submission to ensure accountability and progress
- Maeci Hoffman
- Work with rebranding committee to develop February newsletter
- Nathan Ciomperlik
- Nathan will create excel spreadsheet to monitor feedback submissions and status tracking
- Nathan will meet with scholarship committee (Joan, Lindsey, & Nathan) to explore potential application review process changes to present options at Nov. meeting

- Scholarship matching from Exec. Leadership
- At the end of every fiscal year (Aug 31st), a request will be submitted to executive leadership to match the total amount of fundraising in the last 12 months which will be applied to scholarship awards at 50% in the following Fall Semester and 50% in the following Spring Semester.

- Voted to go to two accounts instead of three to avoid redundancy

- Going to work on newsletter update to send in February that will remind staff of avenues for feedback and highlight things accomplished by staff council in the last 6 months

- Bulletin board celebrating where people are from/have traveled to. Being further considered to coincide with international day in May.
- Considering a future survey focused on what staff council can do to improve workplace culture. Will consider google forms and survey monkey and discuss with OGC in the future.
