MEETING NOTES:
- Meagan’s Vision
- Solicit feedback through outreach
- Discussion of creating optionally anonymous feedback form for distribution to system staff members (Glenn can assist)
- Rebrand as representative body (more than a party planning committee)
- Subcommittee established to pursue these vision points, to be led by Maeci Hoffman and served by Amy Sharp & Sallie Wytaske
- SSC Sponsor: Billy Hamilton; will be attending meetings 1x/semester
- Fundraising & Finances
- Need to have a discussion on where money comes from and goes to
- ALL fundraiser money goes straight to scholarship fund (raised $2,027 in FY19)
- All operations money comes from local budget
- Further discussion needed on protocol for administering scholarships
- Sallie committed to ensure the implementation of at least one fundraising event on the RELLIS campus in FY20
