• Friday June 2^nd at 2:00 PM
• 143 People attending; 26 tentatively (as of 5/30/17)
• Setup at 1:00 PM – Bring tables and tablecloths to 2^nd floor (Leigh/Megan)
• Bring Ice Cream out at 1:55 PM
• Melissa to pick-up 16 Gallons of ice cream (Blue Bell) and toppings at HEB/Walgreens?
• Freezer Storage
  • 2^nd Floor / 3^rd Floor

Bombers Baseball – A&M System Offices Night

• Friday, June 9^th at 6:00 PM
• Fireworks

Snow Cones

• Reserved for July (early part)
• Check Snow Monkeys, Kone Ice?

Other Event Ideas

• Popcorn Social? (end of July)
  • Could rent a popcorn machine again
• Summer Soccer at Nutrabolt Stadium
  • Each representative to check with their group to determine interest in summer soccer at Nutrabolt Stadium (same location as Bombers baseball)
