Gerry M. Brown

Gerry (“Gary”) serves the Texas A&M University System and its members as part of the Property and Construction group.  In that capacity, he focuses on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, easements, leases, construction contracts and facility use agreements.

Gerry is a 1996 distinguished military graduate of Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and active in Student Government.  He joined the Office of General Counsel in 2023.  Prior to joining the OGC, he was in private practice for 24 years in College Station, Texas.  As a partner in a local law firm, he was responsible for a variety of real estate, corporate business and finance matters as part of his transactional practice.
