Claudene Marshall

Claudene Marshall joined the Office of the General Counsel in October 2014. Prior to joining OGC, she was an associate in the New York office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP and a member of the Project Development & Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices. She represented lenders, borrowers, arrangers, issuers, agents, sponsors, and investors in a variety of corporate transactions, including project financings, secured and unsecured transactions, acquisitions, and acquisition financings and refinancing. She also advised clients on general corporate matters.
