Ray Bonilla administers the Office of General Counsel and serves as the A&M System’s chief legal officer. The office provides legal services for the System Office and the A&M System member institutions, and coordinates and assists in litigation representation provided by the Office of the Attorney General of Texas. The office also secures and coordinates outside legal counsel services throughout A&M System.
