As Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer, Wall is responsible for debt and investment management strategy and implementation for the A&M System. The CIO and Treasurer manages two debt programs to fund capital needs throughout the A&M System. Two portfolios are used for consolidated investment of operating and endowed assets of the A&M System and other higher education institutions in Texas.
