Staying up with or ahead of the emerging trends. Finding the balance of the pioneer/builder concept (i.e., pioneers -the first to incorporate new methods, knowledge or activities into their field and the builders are those implementing the new methods, knowledge or activities).

Each concept co-exists with one another by keeping the innovative edge but also meeting the challenge of maintaining the systems and processes.

Integral to the Idea Generation concept is a Faculty taskforce that will research and test the innovative ideas and strategies for technology integration and the Agency taskforce that will assist with identifying collaborations for continuing education and looking for pockets of strengths that will have a greater impact on continuing education.
