Accessibility & Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
The Accessibility & Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Work Group provides recommendations on accessibility compliance to chief academic officers and develops strategic, system-wide initiatives to support the integration of UDL principles in educational settings. This group works to enhance awareness and implement best practices that ensure learning environments are designed to accommodate a variety of needs and learning preferences.

This resource provides a curated list of accessibility tools designed to support inclusive learning and digital accessibility across the A&M System. The list includes software and online platforms that assist with screen reading, captioning, document accessibility, and more. It serves as a valuable reference for faculty, staff, and students seeking to enhance accessibility in educational and digital environments.
webinars & Training
To help support the accessibility initiatives across the A&M System, we provide free training sessions on accessibility tools for all member institutions. These trainings are available at no-cost and are led by digital instructional material accessibility experts.
