The first notification email is sent the day the assignment is made. Thereafter, reminder notifications can be sent either weekly or monthly until the assignment is complete.

TrainTraq can send a copy of the notification emails to the employee's supervisor (assuming that information is already available in Single Sign On).

The supervisor should be cc'ed on all notifications.
