ATTENTION MANAGERS:
2023-2024 PERFORMANCE REVIEWS – SYSTEM OFFICES
Just a quick reminder we are two weeks from the completion of the performance reviews that will end on July 22, 2024. Just a few mentions that may assist you if the review is not yet completed.
- As the Employee, you can check the Current Step by going to your profile page and select “Performance” within the blue column on the left of the page. Then select the “Performance Reviews” tab.
- As the Manager, you can check the Current Step you are in with your employee(s) by typing – My Team’s Performance Review in your Search Bar. (please be sure to use the apostrophe)*
- As the Talent Analyst, you have access to two Workday reports, Performance Review Process (Incomplete) & Performance Review Process (All) to track the Performance Review Process for employees in your respective supervisory organization.
