Professional Counseling Online with ComPsych GuidanceResources

ComPsych GuidanceResources is the A&M System’s employee assistance program. Services available for you and your dependents include counseling with a licensed therapist, legal advice and resources, personal growth resources, and more.

With your A&M System medical plan, you can take advantage of up to 5 free, virtual or in-person, confidential short-term counseling services to help you and your family members handle concerns constructively, before they become issues that affect your work or home life. ComPsych will not provide direct referrals to counselors via e-mail. Please contact them at 866-301-9623 (active employees) or 833-306-0105 (retirees) to receive a referral to a counselor in your community that offers virtual counseling services.
