Coursera Pilot – Colleges of Business

Call for Proposals

The Texas A&M University System is pleased to announce a unique opportunity for member institutions' Colleges of Business to lead distinctive and innovative projects in the realm of industry micro-credentials. We are inviting proposals that integrate Coursera Career Academy and/or Guided Project offerings to enrich current undergraduate and/or graduate degree programs, or to create new non-degree-based learning opportunities for your college’s students.

This proposed pilot initiative aims to enhance students’ knowledge and skills by leveraging Coursera’s extensive catalog of industry-authored micro-credentials, individual courses, and projects. Selected proposals will receive access to over 40 professional certificates included in Coursera’s Career Academy, as well as the Guided Projects repository. Additionally, colleges participating in the pilot will be provided with up to 1,000 seat licenses to be used among enrolled students for one year. Training will also be provided in administrative access and Coursera’s analytics.

Proposals selected for this System-funded pilot will gain access to over 40 professional certificates included in Coursera’s Career Academy as well as the Guided Projects repository. Submissions will be reviewed, and those selected for participation in the pilot will be notified by email.
