System Graduate Faculty - Application

Review the A&M System Graduate Faculty guidelines, the benefits of A&M System graduate faculty membership, and these application procedures.

Steps in the application process:

  1. Download and complete the endorsement memo guide. Be sure to get signatures of your department chair and college dean.
  2. Send the signed endorsement memo to your graduate dean.
  3. Complete a statement of purpose for becoming an A&M System graduate faculty member.
  4. Complete an abbreviated curriculum vitae. Please use this sample form for the CV.
  5. Complete the application form.
  6. Attach these documents to an email and send it to pathways-to-doctorate@tamu.edu:
    • Statement of Purpose
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Pathways Application

Once your materials are submitted, you will get an e-mail confirming their receipt.

After review by the Council of Graduate Deans, you will be notified regarding your application.
