System Real Estate Office
Welcome to the web site of the System Real Estate Office for The Texas A&M University System. The Texas A&M University System is one of the largest systems of higher education in the nation. With a presence in nearly every county in the State of Texas, the A&M System employs more than 27,000 people and consists of nine (9) universities, seven (7) state agencies, and a Health Science Center which serve more than 105,000 students and reach 15 million people each year through its various service missions. In support of this infrastructure, the A&M System controls more than 55,000 surface acres and 54,000 mineral acres in the State of Texas. The System Real Estate Office is responsible for oversight control of the A&M System's real property and for providing information regarding the System’s land and mineral holdings to the Board of Regents and the respective System members.
