Biographical Data:

Richard "Dick" Dinan is a Director for the System Internal Audit Department. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southwest Texas State University. Prior to joining the System Internal Audit Department in October of 2000, Dick worked for the Texas State Auditor's Office as a Manager for 21 years in Austin. Dick is also a C.P.A. and C.I.A.
