Biographical Data:
C.R. "Charlie" Hrncir is a Director for the System Internal Audit Department. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1980. Prior to joining the System Internal Audit Department in April of 2000, Charlie worked for the Texas State Auditor's Office for 19 years. Charlie is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the Governor's Executive Development Program.
