Chancellor's Student Advisory Board
2007-08 CSAB students and Chancellor Michael McKinney, September 2007
The Texas A&M University System Chancellor's Student Advisory Board (CSAB) was created in 1982 to provide an avenue for all student leaders to address student issues common to all campuses within the System. This website includes a chronology of the CSAB, along with the mission, goals, governance, membership, events and other bits of information.
The CSAB consists of two student representatives from each institution and formally meets twice a year, once during the A&M System's September Board of Regents meeting and again at the end of the spring semester at the annual System Student Affairs Symposium.
Administrative support and assistance are provided by the Office of the Chancellor and facilitated by the Office of Academic Affairs. The Chancellor's Century Council provides the budgetary support for special events each year.
