To enroll in one of the HMOs listed below, you must live or work in one of the counties listed for that health plan.

You may enroll in an A&M Care (BCBSTX) plan regardless of where you live, but you are generally eligible for network benefits only if you live in any Texas county other than Donley, Hansford, Lipscomb, Ochiltree or Wheeler.

The Graduate Student Health Plan is available worldwide.
